For use by Southern Design Group's Authorised Resellers only.
Customers must return products to the Authorised Reseller they purchased from. All return requests must be lodged with SDG through that Authorised Reseller.
Return requests must be made within 90 days of the SDG invoice date. Products must be in new, unused condition and include all original components, accessories and packaging. Returns that are damaged, used, incomplete or requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
The Authorised Reseller is responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging to SDG.
